Stay connected to your roots while going places you never imagined with a career in ag.

With 57,900 average annual job openings in agriculture and only 35,400 college graduates expected to fill them, there has never been a better time to consider a career in ag. This fast-growing, fast-paced industry offers thousands of opportunities in rewarding and challenging fields like business, communications, engineering, science, technology and many more.

To help get your ag career off the ground, America’s Farmers Grow Ag Leaders, sponsored by the Monsanto Fund, is offering $1,500 college scholarships to high school seniors and college students pursuing ag-related degrees. Grow Ag Leaders will again be awarding more than $500,000 in scholarships across 40 states this spring. The National FFA Organization administers the program, but you do not have to be an FFA member to apply.

How to apply for a scholarship:

  • Check eligibility requirements on our Terms and Conditions page.
  • Apply online at FFA.org/scholarships November 15, 2015 – February 1, 2016. FFA membership is not required.
  • Secure three farmer endorsements of your application. Farmers have until February 8, 2016, to endorse applications. LEARN MORE HERE
