community is at the heart of every award

At Bayer Fund, we believe a farm is more than a place. It’s a future for a family, a community and those it will feed. We’re proud to be part of that future by partnering with farmers to award millions of dollars to thousands of nonprofits, schools and ag students across rural America through the America’s Farmers programs.

We know that these funds help rural communities be resilient and thrive. And we know that they are needed now more than ever.

That’s why we are reimagining Bayer Fund programming in 2021, building on our decade of experience and drawing on our mission to strengthen the farming communities where our customers and employees live and work.

In light of the impending programming changes, we will not be opening the Grow Rural Education program in January 2021. In the spring, we will continue with the announcement of our Grow Communities winning farmers and our Grow Ag Leaders scholarship recipients. Bayer Fund will continue to fund ag scholarships through our partnership with the FFA and will also continue support of rural nonprofits and schools – how exactly we will do that will be announced later in 2021 when we unveil our new programming. We look forward to sharing more information later this in 2021!
